The chef and his assistants select fresh, top-quality produce on a daily basis, working with only the very best local and international raw ingredients.
From your starter to dessert, get ready for a journey of discovery of unique flavours, skilfully paired with fine wines from our extensive cellar.
Our team specializes in dietetics, general and sports nutrition education. On request the hotel is also able to cater for special dietary requirements. If you provide prior notice when booking your stay, we can help you maintain any nutritional journeys you have already started throughout the duration of your holiday.
