Where we are
The hotel is in Ascona, Canton Ticino, Switzerland, on the green hillside of the legendary Monte Verità, just a short distance from the lakeside promenade and the historic town centre. It boasts stunning views over Lake Maggiore and is set amidst green subtropical gardens.
How to get here
The Hotel Ascona is easily accessible from the motorway, from Locarno railway station (approx. 3 km away) and from the main Swiss and Italian airports. Zurich, Malpensa and Lugano Agno are the nearest airports. Milan Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio airports are also relatively close by. For those travelling by car, the hotel, is approx. 2 hours and 45 minutes from Zurich, 1 hour and 50 minutes from Milan Malpensa and 55 minutes from Lugano. When arriving by train, take bus 1 from Locarno station and alight at Ascona Post Office. You can also request a shuttle service from the hotel.
